The Educational enrichment class singapore Program for students with high capacities of the Community of Madrid (PEAC) is a voluntary and free measure that takes place outside school hours and provides students with high intellectual abilities opportunities to deepen in different areas of knowledge, through experimentation, research and creation.

The activities complement the educational response they receive in their schools and allow the interaction of students with similar profiles from different centers and areas of the Community of Madrid.

The Program is developed through a collaboration agreement between the Community of Madrid (Ministry of Education, Youth and Sports) and the CEIM Foundation (Business Confederation of Madrid-CEOE), is coordinated by the General Directorate of Early Childhood Education, Primary and Secondary of the Ministry of Education, Youth and Sports.

The educational attention to students with high intellectual abilities can be carried out in two different areas: in their own educational centers and outside of them. In the first case, it is the centers themselves that, with their ordinary resources and within the framework of their autonomy, apply the principle of attention to the diversity of their students. In the second case, which takes on special importance given the scarce tradition and experience of schools in this area, the main responsibility in serving students with high skills corresponds to the educational administration.

The educational response to students with high abilities outside their centers should be considered in such a way that students coming from different centers and having similar profiles and needs can receive a specific, adapted and adapted educational attention in a stable and flexible organizational framework. This objective is currently met through the Educational enrichment class singapore Program for students with high skills in the Community of Madrid, an innovative program that contributes to compliance with the provisions of educational regulations.

The Educational enrichment class singapore Program for Students with High Intellectual Capacities has been developed since the 1999/2000 academic year and is an excellent example of the collaboration between the Educational Administration and civil society, represented by the CEIM Foundation. The detection and assessment of the participating students is carried out by the Guidance Departments and Departments within the framework of the current regulations.

The Program involves students with high-capacity assessment aged between 6 and 18 years, from public, private and public schools throughout the Community of Madrid and is held in 5 different venues in the Community of Madrid. In the school year 2015-2016 some 1,800 students with high capacity assessment participate.
